Project Management Assistant – Contract Administration

We are looking for Project Management Assistants to work with us administering international IT contracts. Your job role include contact with a multinational team, manage contract documentation, attend conference calls and meetings, produce reports and being responsible for contract compliance. You will be working using the best methodologies and processes for Contract Lifecycle Management.

Candidates must have:

• Administrative experience/skills
• Good knowledge on MS Office with focus on Excel
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Project Management skills
• Contract Management Skills
• Process Oriented
• Great eye for details
• Bachelor’s degree or in course
